Backstage Foundation

Our mission as the Backstage Foundation is “To serve, shelter, and support families and individuals in the Greater Houston area.” The foundation was started by Vanessa Raanes and her son, Holton Farnum.

Founded in June of 2017, the first project we tackled was Operation Backpack, where we provided 50, fully-stuffed backpacks, for children in our community. From there, we have worked on many projects including our Scholarship program for young adults who have aged out of foster care, sorting food at the Montgomery County Food Bank, collecting items for Living Water International, 600-item drive for the Montgomery County Animal Shelter, Pulling dogs from the shelter with Operation Pets Alive, Hurricane Harvey relief, Operation Backpack 2018 edition + more.

We love working supporting charities that our clients’ feel strongly towards.

We held an awards ceremony where we had the opportunity to honor all of the participants and celebrate their acomplishments.
