Our goal as your agent is to sell your home as quickly as possible for the most value possible. Below are some of the different ways in which we go about marketing and selling each of our listings.
First Impressions
We hire a professional photographer to take high quality photos at each one of our listings. We feel that this is extremely important. A good majority of buyers first shop online, so having great photos can highlight the amazing aspects about each of our homes. Social Media Marketing
One tool that is often overlooked in home selling is social media. Sure, a lot of agents may post a link to a home they listed but that is about as deep as it goes. Our team has a dedicated Marketing Manager to help spotlight your home. We use targeted social media ads to get to home in front of 3,000+ folks with just one post. These targeted ads are based off of geographical location, interests, past homes viewed, and many other parameters. Facebook is one of our primary tools for this. Instagram is also a great tool that we use. In addition to targeting clients, we also use social media to target other agents who may have clients who are interested. We are a part of many agent to agent groups where our reach is over 700+ agents in the Houston area.
Video Tours
Video tours are a great way for an online buyer or out of town buyer to get a feel for your home and to check out the layout. We shoot walk through videos, agent led tours, snippet videos, and more. Design Matters
All of our listings have their own, well designed landing pages to increase traffic. We actually have two different proprietary sites where you home will be featured. One is on our Texas RockStar Group site and one is on our Properties of Houston site. This is in addition to your home being featured on sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, HAR, and all of the other home search sites.
Network
Having a large team means that we have a lot of outreach. Each agent on our team shares your listing to their agent database as well as their client database. This leads to a lot more organic traffic just due to word of mouth vs. a single agent. As mentioned above, we also heavily use social media to network each of our listings to other agents.
