According to Sotheby’s International Realty and Boston Magazine, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s Massachusetts mansion was listed for sale in August of this year.  The home recently underwent a $5.6 million price drop!

This 5-acre estate is located next to the ninth hole of Chestnut Hill Country Club, for any golf lovers out there, though you aren’t guaranteed quick admission into the nation’s oldest golf club. It took the previous owner’s 2 years to be accepted. The acreage offers a pool, patio, organic garden, circular driveway that can fit up to 20 cars and a 2,400 sqft. “barn-inspired guest house.”

To get in to see the home, you have to have your money where your mouth is! The listing agent, Beth Dickerson of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty says that if someone doesn’t show her a financial statement of $40 million, they can’t get inside.  Phones are also checked at the door so that photos can’t be taken. They are very selective on who they let in to the showings, even telling the driver of one of the showings that he wasn’t allowed inside.

The stats on the home are 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 partial bathrooms, 12,112 sqft., 3 car garage, and 5.24 acres.  You can see glimpses of the home and property in Gisele’s 73 Questions interview with Vogue Magazine. See the video below.
